These terms and conditions replace any previous terms or conditions published by us in relation to any membership or subscription between you and us.
Definitions
The following words have the meanings set out below:
“Member,” “you,” and “your” refer to a person who creates a membership account with DODO, the Directory of Online Dual Enrollment.
“Membership” means membership in the DODO, the Directory of Online Dual Enrollment, membership service or any other membership service we may provide.
“We”, “our” and “us” refer to JHI Holdings Ltd, provider of DODO.
Membership Packages
Membership packages may vary in terms of length or level of access or price or any other attribute. What's in a DODO membership?
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions and any aspect of our sites or services at any time. Changes may include additions, deletions, or modifications of content, services, delivery methods, hours of availability, equipment necessary to access our services, or any other changes.
Pricing for any membership level may change at any time; new pricing will not apply to existing subscriptions, default renewals, or renewals purchased prior to the expiration of your subscription.
Changes to these terms and conditions become effective immediately upon notice. Notice will be made by publication on the dualenrollment.online site. If you continue to use our service after such notice is given, you are deemed to accept the changes.
Membership Agreement
Membership requires acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not create a membership.
Creation of a membership is contingent upon payment of the membership fee.
Memberships renew automatically at the same subscription level by default. You may cancel your subscription (stop it from renewing) at any time, using the appropriate option in your Member Dashboard.
Non-payment of your renewal fee will result in loss of access to our services. To regain access, please re-register.
Cancellation and Refund
If you wish to cancel your membership for a full refund, you may do so within 7 days of purchase by emailing us at support@dualenrollment.online. You will receive a 100% refund, no questions asked.
If you wish to cancel your membership after the 7-day refund period, please do so via your membership dashboard. This will stop any renewal charges, and your membership will end on the next renewal date.
Intellectual Property
All information, publications, tools and applications available as part of our membership service are for your private use only and must not be used directly or indirectly for commercial purposes of any kind without our prior written consent.
By becoming a member, you are agreeing to not pass on to third parties or publish any advice or information available through your membership without seeking prior written permission from us.
Unless otherwise noted we own or have licensed the copyright and any other intellectual property rights in all material on our website, in our publications or in our communications with you.
We work hard to keep the information on our site, in our membership materials, and in our communications to you current and correct. Nevertheless, no promise, warranty, guarantee, or representation, warranty or other assurance is made or given by us as to the accuracy or suitability for any purpose of the content contained on our website or in our communications with you. No responsibility or liability is accepted by us for any such content or communications.
Our website contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, however these links are provided solely for your convenience, and we neither endorse such resources nor accept liability for the consequences of accessing such links, as we have no control over those sites or resources.

By creating a membership account you accept these membership terms and conditions, and agree that they incorporate and include our website’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, including any governing law provisions.
You agree to safeguard the security of your username and password, notify us immediately if you become aware of unauthorized use of your membership account, and accept responsibility for actions taken within your account.
No Warranty
We make no warranties with respect to any activity or service we provide, including membership and subscription service(s).
We accept no liability for unavailability of our sites or services for any reason.
We do not warrant that our sites or our services or our communications with you are free of viruses or any other damaging element.
