How to Use The Big Course List

A Few Pointers

This screenshot shows the header of a 6000-row chart. Many searches will return several 100-result pages.

1. Use the filter in the University Column to filter the chart by your shortlisted schools. (First make a shortlist by clicking any school in the University Column.)

2. Click ALPHA to alphabetize by University Name. Click again to reverse the sort.

3. Enter text in the COURSE ID box to search by subject; (HIS for history, BIOL for biology, etc.)

4. Enter text in the COURSE NAME box to search by course name: (Lit for Literature, Calc for Calculus, etc.)

5. Click a triangle in the header to sort that column. Click again to reverse sort.

6. Click a filter to display results within a range you choose.

7. Click Clear Filters to erase your filter selections.

8. Click Columns to hide columns you don't want to see. Click the Columns button again to close the dropdown.

+ 9. On tablets and mobiles, click + to reveal collapsed information.
